Story follows Nigel, an unremarkable man in a brown cardigan who has spent three years trying to levitate — and failing, because he tries. When he finally gives up, the film slips behind his closed eyes into the lives he wrote down at nine, and the thing he was chasing arrives the moment he stops looking for it.
